Contact us to get a quote. The quote will include volume discounts and will be sent in approximately 24 hours. If we are unable to send the quote, we will contact you directly to go over your project and give you a verbal quote if necessary. If you have more questions about the quote, please contact us.
•What are your prices and how is the quote calculated?
LCI Group charges the translation on a price per word basis (cents per word) per language. The final quote is based on the total word count of the document. Quotes are in U.S. dollars. The quote will include the translation and formatting needed based on the original format of the document. Any modifications in the original document might require revising the quote. We will contact you immediately for approval before we proceed with the translation. All translations are subject to a minimum fee. You will get an exact quote for your translation when you contact us.
•What are your volume discounts?
The volume discounts start with documents of 20,000 words or more. With larger volumes, you get higher discounts. There is a minimum fee for volumes under 20,000 words. Contact us for detailed pricing information.

•How long will it take to translate the document?
LCI Group will start the translation process immediately after the order is confirmed and payment is received. Our turnaround time is 2-3 business days for documents with less than 1000 words. For larger volumes, please contact us.
•Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders are accepted for approved business accounts. Please contact us to request a credit line.
•Will you send me an invoice?
Invoices are sent for business accounts once the translation is completed. Invoices are not normally sent for credit card payments unless specifically requested.
